To Login: Your User ID is provided to you on your current pay stub, or you may get it from your department's payroll office.  Your initial password is your User ID followed by your birth day (without leading zeros), birth year and the last 4 digits of your SSN.  Example if your User Id is 444111 and you were born on 12/05/1968 and your SSN is 123-45-6789, your password will be 4441115686789.
